Mediklin Clindamycin Phosphate 1,2 Tretinoin MEDI-KLIN GEL is a topical gel, containing the semisynthetic antibiotics Clindamycin phosphate 1.2% and Tretinoin 0.025%. Tretinoin works by eliminating increased keratinization and thickening of follicular epithelium by accelerating cell turnover. Clindamycin phosphate works by inhibiting the production of enzymes and inflammatory or activating factors by P. acnes in sebum. This medication is used for the treatment of acne vulgaris accompanied by inflammatory lesions and closed and open comedones.
