This single vintage Vespaiolo grappa is made from the pomace of Vespaiolo grapes from the Breganze hills (Veneto). Distilled on a copper still, it is then refined for at least 12 months in stainless steel vats. It is one of a range of spirits produced from individual vine species in a single year.
