Oat oil in particular is especially beneficial to the skin, providing excellent softening, emollient and hydrating properties. The addition of vitamin E provides a powerful antioxidant. The inclusion of essential oil of peppermint is both refreshing and up-lifting. Use sparingly but frequently to restore skin to tip-top condition.
