Anabond RTV Silicone Gasket Maker Red, 85 grams New

This paste can be used in places with high temperatures but not in direct contact with petrol. The package doesn’t mention if it can be used in direct contact with flame but I used it anyways and its working perfectly. I used 1/3th of it to seal a kitchen gas stove burner which was leaking flame on side of the center hole. The earlier sealant from the repair shop burned out after a year then I applied this paste. Paste/Sealant is orange coloured and not inflammable but leaves a non-permanent white surface residue when burned. Even if you wipe it, the white surface stain comes back after the burner is used. Its been 15 months now and the seal is still stopping the flame from leaking perfectly as expected. Doesn’t seem like I’ll need to reapply anytime soon.*Expiry is 15 months from manufacture but the rest of the paste in my tube hasn’t solidified yet and is probably still usable.*MRP in Aug’15: Rs.155.*Manufactured in Meghalaya, India by Anabond Limited.
