Xylo-Acino is used against all kinds of colds. Xylo-Acino is intended to be administered into the nose, where it contracts the blood vessels and thus decongests the lining of the nose and adjacent pharynx. This helps to restore nasal breathing in case of colds. Its effect appears in a few minutes and persists for several hours.
